Patricia: how do I fix temporary error 8 troubleshooting instructions did not help. when I went to mail options I got er?
I can see mail just can’t open it. Here’s what is says for 4 days now.

The help pages are not much help with this one. have you tried using a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome. It has to be worth a try.
