Well, I just re-did my windows and I tried installing flash player and when I try downloading it, it doesn’t do anything it says it downloaded, but there is a system error or something like that. Could you give me a walk through of how to fix this problem? I need flash player to view videos etc…
And I don’t want to use a different browser ex. Firefox, Netscape etc

The error said we are sorry but the Internet needs to be close.I am using Internet explore 6.The error message is talking about a problem with C:DOCUME~1SLOCALS~1Tempb2_appcompat.txt .I have installed Avg 8.5 SuperanitSpyware as well as Malwarebytes and update it regleray and did a scam yet it did not find any virus or malware or spyware i have also delete the Temp file still i am keep geting this error message

Its not a virus but your internet explorer error. I hate IE6 , IE7 AND IE8. Try mozilla firefox. If this wont resolve maybe your system has a error. Better fresh reformat.

I just bought it today at a local computer/office appliance dealership and it will not work for me at all. I have the driver disk in but I can’t get past the point of selecting my language and agreeing to the terms because of an Internet Explorer-based script error which removed the “Next” and “Cancel” buttons. I’ve tried downloading the drivers for the correct webcam(C250) and that won’t work either.

I am running Vista-32 bit. Please help. I spent good money on this.

have you tried an alternative browser: firefox, chrome, opera, safari? something other than IE may solve the problem long enough to complete the installation.

◘You can do a few things if you are impatient (Re cleanup computer, dump temp files etc) but this will not help error 999.The best option if you have a dynamic IP is to do a full “flick of the switch”, and when you power back up you will come back with new IP.

I test the bar on firefox and it works to perfection, however when I test this same page in internet explorer it doesn’t work at all….if anyone knows the problem to this solution please tell me I would really appreciate it, thanks 🙂

I connect to my brothers computer through my wireless connection, when i connect, it says not connected, but at the bottom it says that i am connected to it. I try to access the internet, but it says on firefox, page load error. After a while, the wirless connection says that the connection has limited connectivity. I have no idea what that means since my bro didnt limit any connectivity. HOw can i fix this?

There is a bug in Windows XP Service Pack 2 relating to a loss of network connectivity for computers that use Microsoft’s L2TP-based (VPN) client. You may also notice that your computer gets stuck acquiring a network address

To fix this problem you need to download and install the Microsoft patch (KB884020). You can download the fix here). After installing the fix you should reboot your computer.

If you still experience the same problem after the fix you should check your network for problems including faulty network cables or network cards. You should also check to make sure your DHCP device is functioning properly and that your computer is set to receive an IP address automatically.

When I log on to the internet, I will receive these Internet Explorer errors with a triangle and an excamation mark inside of it. On the inside of that message will be the following error messages… Line 2 Char 1 Error: Object expected, Line 166 Char 2 , Line 152 Char 5 and so on. How do I fix this problem? I have tried several things, but to no avail I cannot fix it.

I never had problems with firefox until recently and now all of a sudden it is “not responding” on a lot of websites..slowing down especially on Facebook. Also I have thought about using Shockwave to improve playing the virtual games on Facebook..does that help?
