Lynne: Why does it not allow me to access my inbox when I am logged into my email account, it shows Error 999?
I can log into my email address but when I try to access my inbox and error 999 comes up.

Here are a few things to try.
Clear your history, temporary files (this one takes a while – wait for the hourglass to stop) & cookies, restart the computer and retry. . Here is the HELP link for how to do this in different browsers: –//help.yahoo—/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-13.html
Be sure you have the latest Flash & Java downloade, scripting enabled, are accepting cookies and are using an up-to-date browser like IE7, IE8 or the latest Firefox. If one browser does not work, switch to a different one and try that.
