The Questioner: Is it me, or is anyone else having more problems with the recent Internet Explorer version, than the previous?
Every day I get at least one problem on the Internet explorer that results in sending an error report to Microsoft. It’s so annoying because it closes all internet applications when this happens. Another thing, you cant eve view the browsing history so you can start again where you left off.

Yes, I get the same with IE7. In the middle of something it just pops up with the message, “Internet Explorer has encountered an error and must close” and poof it’s gone. I went to their website and got the run around.

Firefox Blog 
There are many problems with IE7 because it is new. Best suggestion is to switch to FireFox.
Its free, can import your IE favorites, and doesnt crash all the time. ( ie copied the tabs from them)

they even have a IE in Firefox addon, for those few webpages firefox doesnt display correctly.
I switched and only use IE for windows update.

my stepson just downloaded it today (accidentally) and now i have keyboard and mouse scroll problems. boy hes gonna get a mild yelling at tonight when he gets home.
yes!! i’ve had alot of problems with IE the last couple of months with crashes and slow so i called a friend who works for the military on their computers and he had me switch to firefox and tweak my registry and runs like a charm.but their are some things i have to use EI for.I use firefox 99.99% of the time.
