I previously used Google Chrome and that still works just fine. I wanted to switch to Firefox but when I downloaded it and tried to use it, it says “the connection was reset” and “problem loading page”. I am still able to use Chrome, it has no issues connecting to any web page. My internet connections is still connected. On Firefox, the only webpages that will load are Facebook and the Mozilla Homepage. I can navigate Facebook; just that website.. Wierd.. I already tried adding it to the firewall and stuff but no luck. Any ideas?

I downloaded a game and i got an error. I have to redownload it now. Do the downloaded files stay in my computer or it got deleted from the error?

it stays in your computer but I’m pretty sure its corrupted, unless your browser supports the “resume” function which enables you to resume downloads where you left them.

i suggest you re download again. try firefox browser

BRIAN F: I downloaded the MS 8 browser, now I keep getting error messages that its not recognized, how do I fix it?
I’ve tried to download older versions of the MS browser like 6 or 7 but I keep getting a message that it can’t be installed because there is already a newer version installed. It means I have to use Firefox if I want to login to Face Book chat and it’s causing problems when I try to listen to music and watch video clips. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try to restore your system

go to start >> programs >> all programs >> system tools >> restore >> restore computer earlier >> select a restore point >> ok
