Just downloaded Mozilla Firefox but nothing will load?

Melody: Just downloaded Mozilla Firefox but nothing will load?
I previously used Google Chrome and that still works just fine. I wanted to switch to Firefox but when I downloaded it and tried to use it, it says “the connection was reset” and “problem loading page”. I am still able to use Chrome, it has no issues connecting to any web page. My internet connections is still connected. On Firefox, the only webpages that will load are Facebook and the Mozilla Homepage. I can navigate Facebook; just that website.. Wierd.. I already tried adding it to the firewall and stuff but no luck. Any ideas?

Is anyone having problems uploading photos to photobucket or is it just me?

Brittany: Is anyone having problems uploading photos to photobucket or is it just me?
I keep trying but it says “error: error unknown” and I restarted my computer, I updated everything, is it just me or is it photobucket?

Well, not long ago, I had trouble getting to Photobucket. It would just keep loading but won’t get me into the site. I also experienced bugs with its photo editing application long ago. It could be an unknown error.

I suggest you try a different web browser to get to Photobucket and see if you still get errors from there.

Is this the Conficker virus or just Mozilla Firefox?

Queen E: Is this the Conficker virus or just Mozilla Firefox?
It all started yesterday in the afternoon, my browser keeps closing suddenly and saying there’s been an error. I don’t think it’s the Conficker because I have my anti-virus running and my computer seems to be working fine (and also, its when i go to a few websites only). So what’s up?

I’ve already tried reinstalling the applications with no success. I received an error message saying that that “bonjour” had stopped running do to “mDNSResponse.exe” not running. I know bonjour is an Apple application and assists with running iTunes. Any suggestions?

Remove the programs before you reinstall. Go to control panel uninstall programs. restart if necessary.
